How long does shipping take?
Decks ship from the United States via standard mail. Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. International shipping to Canada, UK, Australia, and parts of Europe is available at checkout and may take 2-3 weeks depending on destination.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchasing a digital guidebook, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a download button. The PDF downloads directly to your device. You will also receive a confirmation email. Download links are tied to your purchase session and remain accessible.
What size are the decks?
Most decks are oracle size (3.5 x 5 inches / 70 x 121mm) on 350 gsm cardstock. The Swirl Tarot is standard tarot size (70 x 121mm). See each deck listing for exact card counts and specifications.
Do the decks come with a physical guidebook?
Decks that come in a box include a printed guidebook inside the box. Decks that are shrink-wrapped with a pouch (no box) include a digital PDF guidebook that you can download after purchase. You can also purchase digital PDF guidebooks separately on the Digital page.
What is your return policy?
Physical decks can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, but if you have any issues with your file, contact us and we will make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and France. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will try to accommodate.
Is free shipping available?
Yes. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no promo code needed.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter your promo code in the cart before checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total.
Are the cards AI-generated?
Some decks feature AI-assisted artwork that is curated, edited, and refined by the artist. Each deck listing notes whether AI was used in the creative process.
How do I retrieve my digital downloads if I lost the link?
Go to our download retrieval page and enter the email you used at checkout. We will look up your purchases and show you fresh download links. You can also email us at the address below.
