Every deck ships from the United States via standard mail.

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping.
• US orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
• Free standard shipping applies automatically on US orders over $50 - no promo code needed. Orders under $50 ship for a rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
• We ship internationally to Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, and France; international orders usually take 2 to 3 weeks, with costs calculated at checkout based on destination.
• If your country is not listed at checkout, email us and we will try to accommodate.

Digital downloads - PDF guidebooks and printable decks are delivered instantly as download links right after checkout, with no shipping involved. Your links stay available from your purchase; if you lose one, use the Downloads page or email us.

Returns

We want you to love your new deck. If a physical deck is not right for you:

• Physical decks can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in original condition.
• Start a return by emailing support@calypsostar.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is missing, corrupted, or the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right.
• Once we receive your returned deck, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Satisfaction guarantee

If a deck arrives damaged, defective, or with missing cards, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you - your call. We stand behind every deck we send out.
